Submitting an enquiry does not reserve a place, guarantee availability or create a contract. Dates, routes, prices, inclusions, exclusions and availability remain subject to written confirmation.
Before you make a booking or payment, you will receive the identity of the contracting operator and the booking terms that apply to the proposed trip, including payment, cancellation and refund conditions. Those booking terms will take priority for the travel services they cover.
Travel information and risk

Unless confirmed otherwise in writing, you are responsible for passports, visas, insurance, health requirements and onward travel. Do not buy non-refundable flights or services until the relevant arrangements have been confirmed.
